Open-Source Kit × Startup Agent: Full Workflow

NowBuild is not a black box that writes your code—it's a clear founder pipeline. Here's the recommended workflow.

Phase 1: Upfront planning (Startup Agent)

Input your idea. The Agent produces:

- **PRD**: scope, user stories, priorities - **Design specs**: IA, UI direction, key screens - **Business plan draft**: ICP, value prop, monetization

These are your blueprints for development and fundraising conversations.

Phase 2: Product build (open-source kit + you)

Build on the NowBuild kit:

1. Clone the repo and configure Clerk, Stripe, Supabase 2. Implement core features per the PRD 3. Customize brand, content, and pricing 4. Deploy to Vercel and launch MVP

You own the code—the kit only provides infrastructure.

Phase 3: Growth launch (Startup Agent)

After MVP goes live, the Agent supports Go-to-Market:

- Cold-start strategy (channels, content cadence, first users) - Marketing copy and landing-page optimization - Early metrics and iterative growth plans
